We are looking for someone to help build relationships with media editors and other stakeholders to help drive market awareness of Spacious in the market.
Duties:
(a) help drive the sales effort in the domestic Hong Kong market with agents (residential and commercial), serviced apartments and Hong-Kong based developers. (60%)
(b) Work with the COO and technology teams to help to develop inbound sales lead generation tactics to help the business grow organically and sustainably (10%)
(c) Manage and respond to customer service enquiries to ensure client renewal rates are strong. (10%)
(d) Work with the company COO and technology teams to ensure the correct technology tools are being developed to help the sales team and our clients (10%)
(e) Ensure the company CRM (SalesForce) is being used effectively and helping to scale the sales effort (10%)
For this role, the ability to both speak and write English and Chinese is a must.

Knowledge
You will be in a position to gather information from multiple industry stakeholders, analysts, competitors, inventory holders, media, searchers and become a market expert valued for your in-depth knowledge of the market.
