We strive to innovate current courier practice and help individuals and small business to book global courier service in seconds online.
We are growing rapidly in Hong Kong and we will expand to other Asia market in the coming years.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
.Answer customers phone and online enquiry, provide suggestions to their logistics issues and teach them how to use Spaceship online booking platform
.Understand current logistic practices and offer shipment advice to users
.Assist the operations team to handle clients problems and requests
.Follow up on customer orders and shipment progress
.Provide insights and suggestions for optimising sale conversion
.Suggest ways to improve operation process
.Setup and monitor the customer feedback loop for business growth
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES:
.High Diploma or Degree holder
.Good telephone manners and communication skills
.At least 1-2 years working experience in e-commerce/ logistics/ banking / financial industry
.Experience in using intercom, zendesk or related customer service tools
.Good command of spoken and written Cantonese & English; Proficiency in Japanese and Putonghua is an advantage
.Proficient PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint
.Friendly and confident; Attentive to details
.Strong problem-solving & multi-tasking skills
.Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
