.Minimum one-year sales/customer service experience in the service industry with experience in customer acquisition
.Detail minded, good communication and problem-solving skills
.Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and proficient PC skills, including MS Word and Excel
Our short/mid-term goals:

.Provide on-going support throughout our client’s relocation/move journey
.Liaise with internal/external logistics operations parties to deliver the best possible customer experience
