Job Description
- To Provide administrative and clerical support
- Handle office and equipment maintenance, filing and record management
- Human resources duties including recruitment arrangement, maintain HR database such as leaves record, attendance
- Managing client and operations database
- Issue invoices to customers in a timely manner and coordinate for queries concerning billing; follow up with customers’ payment & collection;
- Perform ad-hoc project

Requirements
- 2 years or above working experience;
- Excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
- Multi-tasking, Sense of urgency and able to prioritize task;
- Pleasant, have initiative, responsible and punctual;
- Be attentive to details and willing to learn;
- Highly reliable.
