Job Description
- Consistently provide a high quality service experience to our clients;
- Proactively assist our client and focus on solving their problems and addressing concerns;
- Handle client requests through different medium: phone, email, chat;
- Handle lead qualification for in-bound enquiries;
- Initiate and co-ordinate internal fulfilment process;
- Handle complaint management and escalate as needed.

Requirements
- 3 years customer service and sales oriented experience;
- Excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
- Good command of Mandarin preferred;
- Familiar with CRM systems and Office suite;
- Pleasant, have initiative, responsible and punctual;
- Be attentive to details and willing to learn;
- Highly reliable.
