We are looking for an assistant sales manager who is self-motivated and dynamic to join our team and help us on the following:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The role is responsible for assisting the team in administrative tasks as well as customer support (both pre-sales and post-sales). The role is likely to evolve over time, to more business development or marketing functions, depending on the profile of the candidate.
- Operations: processing customer orders, handling inventory and worldwide shipping of the products
- Accounting: creating invoices using our accounting tool, and monthly reconciliation of all company transactions
- Building sales reports & analytics: compile recurrent monthly sales report for the management team, and improve current processes
- Customer support: managing customer communications and requests, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
- Following-up on the timeline and execution of planned marketing campaigns
WHAT TO BRING:
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Customer-centric attitude, understanding of the importance of creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Professional, assertive and friendly with the ability to make decisions independently.
- College Degree or Associate Degree in sales, operations or related discipline
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position
