We are a small tech security consulting company, and with our growth we now need the help of a team assistant.
The right candidate will have some interest in technology, be full of initiative and ideas, and have a passion for people and learning. You don't need experience in tech security, but a willingness to learn will be beneficial.
As we are small, we have many opportunities for the right person. We would love you to embrace office activities, and perhaps branch out to recruitment and social media if you desire. We are looking for someone who is sharp, quick and loves having fun whilst driving change.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth workflow of all administrative tasks within the team
- Organize meetings and events; prepare, document and follow up on meetings
- Support the team experts with travel arrangements
- Undertake a variety of administrative and organizational tasks relating to the current needs within the team
- Support project managers in their client projects
Key Requirements/skills/experiences
- You have successfully finished a commercial training, university degree preferably
- You have several years of work experience in a similar position
- Fluent in business English
- You display a high degree of self-initiative and openness towards new tasks and topics
- You have very good organizational skills and are able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- You are open minded, have great interpersonal and communication skills and are team player
- You possess excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
