Security Research Labs is a hacking, research & consultancy firm based in Hong Kong, Berlin and Jakarta.
Our team is a group of young, brilliant and incredibly motivated ethical hackers. We are responsible for uncovering vulnerabilities such as BadUSB, the Android patch gap and the Alexa and Google Home eavesdropping vulnerabilities.
Our consulting work contributes to strategic technology projects at Fortune 500 companies where we help understand and mitigate technology risks. These risks are modeled and evaluated by our team of leading IT security researchers. The knowledge transfer to our clients is carried out in high impact strategy projects at our client sites.

Responsibilities
• Manage all recruiting in the HK office
• Drive hiring process; full cycle
• Source, engage and manage candidate relationships; attracting talent via Linkedin outreach, job boards, university outreach and events
• Maintain our standard of high-quality candidates by filtering for culture fit and technical skill
• Manage and prioritize hiring across a variety of teams and hiring managers; communicate internally with project teams to gauge hiring needs
• Create and communicate hiring plan
• Represent SRLabs’ values and culture to people external to the company
• Act as HR for our currently small HK office; manage onboarding and career development for the newbies you hire!
Key Skills
• A passion for people, recruiting and tech/security
• Familiarity with the tech scene in HK
• Experience with IT specific sourcing and interviewing
• Must be technically savvy and ability to build understanding around technical concepts; bonus for security specific knowledge
• Experience hiring internationally; experience with visa processes a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication; excellent English
• Interest or experience in building scalable HR processes
