We are growing our team and we're now seeking another Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager to join us! This role will give you the opportunity to learn about urban farming, get first-hand experience working on a range of various urban farm projects in Hong Kong, and also be part of our journey of social entrepreneurship towards transforming our city into a greener and more edible space!
Key responsibilities:

Work closely with clients, suppliers and partners to ensure projects run smoothly.

Support the team on urban farm set-ups and installations.

Regular visits to our urban farm projects for maintenance, farm data capture and harvesting.

Support in the planning and execution of our urban farming workshops and events.

Support in marketing and social media.

Business development and project proposal preparation.
Requirements:
-
Interest and concern for agriculture, environment, climate change issues and simply growing your own veggies and herbs.

Enjoy working outdoors at our rooftop farms.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at the same time.

A good command in Chinese (Cantonese) and English (speaking & writing) is required.

Strong organizational skills, good communication skills and high attention to detail.

A proactive and independent team player with good interpersonal skills.

Competency in MS Office.

You may be required to work on weekends where necessary (off-days to be given in-lieu)
Candidates with the following training, skills and experience will have an advantage:
-
Experience in farming and farm management in Hong Kong; and/or
-
Associate or University Degree, especially in the areas of environmental science, agricultural studies or horticultural and landscape management; and/or
-
1-2 years of working experience
The level of appointment will commensurate with qualification and experience. More experienced candidates may be considered for the Project Manager position. Relevant training will be provided.
