Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Building the growth engine and ensure the growth of the company
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy (inbound and outbound) to identify potential customers online and convert them into customers
- Define and manage various digital marketing techniques, including PPC, display and video advertising, email marketing, SEO, social media marketing, content marketing
- Construct, forecast, and manage the sales funnel and be responsible for the conversion rate optimisation and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Drive revenue generation for Riotly Social Media through prospecting through online channels, qualifying and closing new customer deals
- Become an expert on the Instagram marketing space and specific, market dynamics
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, is a bonus. Less experienced candidates may be considered
- Digital marketing experience is required. Must have experience with Adwords, Facebook Ads, SEO
- Understand and have experience with inbound and outbound marketing
- Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
- Writing skills with previous experience, working or personal, in content creation (blogging, videos etc) preferred
- Ability problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the sales organization
- Hard-worker, proactive, organised, detail-oriented and reliable
- Previous experience using Wordpress or other CMS is preferred
- Great attitude, desire of learning and growing professionally
- Excellent both spoken and written English and speaking in Cantonese
- Hong Kong Permanent ID (we will not sponsor a work visa)
