We (www.retirednotout.com) are a growing social enterprise and looking for 5 dynamic part-time community builders to join our small team to help us grow and nurture our senior member community.
Candidates must love building connections, show initiative and be empathetic. The role includes
- Tapping into the local senior community through online and offline efforts and encourage sign ups. Be as creative and create & execute your own strategies
- Manage local chapters at different geographies in Hong Kong and sustain interest through relevant events.
- Identify senior requirements and funnel them to corporate team for fulfilment
We are looking at someone who is fluent in Cantonese and English and can truly engage with the retiring and retired community. And build credinility and awareness for our brand.
All payment would be on a commission model based on achievement of targets
Work from home is perfectly fine! Bi-monthly catch-ups with the founder and rest of the team for strategy and progress discussions.
