As Qupital’s HR Manager, you shall report directly to the Executive Directors and work closely with the department heads to ensure the human resource is aligned with the business strategy. You are responsible to implement and manage performance management processes to support business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in HRM, Business or related disciplines with 3 years of experience
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills are essential
- Strong analytical skill, highly organized with attention to details, documentation and accuracy
Job Nature:
- Handle the entire end to end recruitment life cycle
- Market mapping, headhunting candidates
- Draft and post adverts on job boards. Publish job openings and status updates on LinkedIn and social media
- Source and screen CVs, qualify candidates for vacancies
- Conduct interviews with job seekers
- Formulate, implement and review HR and Administration policies and procedures
- Maintain and update HR records and job matching database
- Negotiate salaries, terms and contracts
- Prepare staff orientation and performance review
- Handle payroll, MPF, insurance and other operations
