Qanvast is South East Asia's biggest renovation platform which aims to help homeowners simplify their renovation journey
This is a new Assistant Marketing Manager role that has been created to start up and grow the Qanvast brand in Hong Kong
Responsibilities
- Establish and develop the overall marketing strategy for Qanvast in Hong Kong
- Creating marketing campaigns that will drive user growth
- Start and maintain all social media channels relevant for the local market
- Responsible for marketing events coordination and execution
- Develop and maintain good relationships with relevant media/press/partners
- Develop a pool of freelance content writers that can contribute localised content
The candidate should be:
- Someone more creative
- Marketing background
- Preferably with social/copywriting experience
- A highly driven and passionate individual who wants to make a difference
- A self starter who is able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Creative and who has grown a consumer facing brand
- Adaptable as things will change frequently in a startup
We are looking for:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Marketing or related fields
- Familiar with digital marketing and social media metrics. A bonus would be hands on experience running campaigns on Facebook and Google
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to cooperate with people from different background and culture
- Good command of written English and Chinese, fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Experience in copywriting would be a bonus
- Have strong relationships with media/press
