Qanvast is South East Asia's biggest renovation platform which aims to help homeowners simplify their renovation journey
This is a new Community Manager role that has been created to start up and grow the Qanvast brand in Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
- Set up the customer journey process flow in Hong kong
- Connect with customers via phone, email and Whatsapp to guide them through their renovation journey
- Resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly by engaging the various stakeholders
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service
- Work with the Marketing team to ensure that any campaigns run are properly planned and highlighted to Qanvast's customers
The candidate should be:
- Someone who is customer focused
- Meticulous and have ops background
- A highly driven and passionate individual who wants to make a difference
- A self starter who is able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Customer focused and have good interpersonal skills
- Adaptable as things will change frequently in a startup
We are looking for:
- Degree holder in Business / Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years working experience in customer services field is preferred
- Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese and Cantonese
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
