As a Business Development Executive, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for seeking out opportunities and building the business. Backed by support from marketing, account management and operations, you will be given the opportunity to pursue new business leads aggressively. Results matter most. You will be given full exposure to the excitement and challenges of building a company and working as part of a great team.

Your Profile:

  • 3+ years experience in business development/sales/marketing
  • Overachiever, motivated to meet and beat targets set by the business
  • Confident, outgoing personality adept at building relationships
  • Passionate, hungry and persistent
  • Hands-on, pro-active and able to deliver under pressure
  • Smart, ambitious and driven
  • Excited by the idea of building and growing

Your Tasks:

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders at leading companies in HK
  • Seek out and pursue new growth opportunities proactively
  • Deliver against sales and growth targets set by the business
  • Leverage and grow your own network by attending conferences, events and thinking outside the box for alternative lead generation
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations to improve processes and roll-out learnings
  • Responsibility for providing training and mentorship to junior team members
