About the Role:
Community Partner will be driving force behind creating a friendly, engaging and positive culture and Face of Paperclip.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Member Experience and Community
- Drive weekly community initiatives designed to develop connections between members, including member introductions, events
- Solve member-related issues to help foster a collaborative community
- Identify opportunities, design, and implement guidelines and best practices to ensure the best member experience is always delivered
- Oversee and drive external events to ensure a good balance of different types of events and ensure a great experience for both our members and non-members
Operations
- Obtain, analyze P&L reports and compare with previous months
- Prepare monthly Operations Report and share internally
- Prepare monthly invoices and work closely with Finance Team
- Make recommendations to management for maintenance and improvements of the space
- Identify, follow up and resolve any issues, such as cleaning, IT related issues, electrical equipment and so forth
- Oversee move ins and outs of members to ensure a seamless experience
- Oversee sales and community dynamics of your location
- Lead tours, and work with both Community Associate Sales and Community Leads to ensure 100% occupancy
- Attend networking events with local start-ups and other related events to represent the Hive
- Manage and maintain relationships with members, vendors and landlord
Team Management
- Manage, inspire, support and guide your team to achieve goals
- Hold one-to-one meetings to track individual performance
- Hold weekly team meetings to delegate, recognize achievements, encourage, and keep the team up to date with any process changes
Experience and Requirements
- Passion and understanding for our mission and values
- Passionate and curiosity about entrepreneurial communities, startups and supporting people
- College graduate with degree preferred, but not required
- Strong Customer service and sales experience
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, multi-tasking, flexible, enthusiastic, partnership, teamwork
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company when needed.
- Candidates with hospitality experience are preferred who are great in customer service and working on pre-generated leads till closure and renewals
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle pressure and fast thinking
- Attention to detail and plenty of initiative
- Proficient in basic computer skills
