You will be working primarily to drive sales. We believe our clients are everywhere and anywhere and we want you to work with our team to find them, engage with them and sign them up to our services.
Sales activity will be varied: direct to consumer (B2C); working with a variety of partner channels; as well as working on larger, long-term contracts with some of the biggest companies in Hong Kong and the region.
The ideal candidate
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, self-motivated, a quick learner and not afraid to roll up their sleeves and pitch in. Initiative and thinking outside the box will be key.
Most of all, as a front-line sales person you will need to be bullet-proof. You will have plenty of support, but you will also need to take any rejection as a challenge to keep going.
Some core requirements:
bilingual Cantonese / English, with Mandarin a very strong bonus
excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
an entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
pro-active and willing to take on new responsibilities
a good team player, able to build relationships within a multi-cultural environment
an eye for detail
a digital native who is comfortable with all standard software applications and has an intuitive grasp of modern cloud-based workplace platforms
applicants with more experience will be considered for a Senior Sales Manager role
