Born out of a passion for clothes combined with a lack of space in Hong Kong, PAKT has created an innovative, integrated, online-to-offline solution for clothing management. Driven by the belief that the Smart WardrobeTM is the wardrobe of the future, PAKT was established not only to store and care for clothes but to address the full cycle of clothing ownership, including enabling people to sell their unwanted items.
PAKT is in the lifestyle and property tech sectors with a vision to revolutionise the way people relate to their clothes and wardrobe. Our plans go far beyond our current services and will include a significant and exciting technology component.
Although still small, we have successfully completed our second round of funding and are now building our team to drive local, regional and eventually global expansion.

The Role
VIP Consignment Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing the sales of our clients' pre-loved items via multiple online platforms. You will be working closely with some of the largest online platforms in the world, and will have the chance to learn how they work and how to maximise online sales in the fastest growing segment of the fashion industry today.
At the beginning, you will need to be prepared and able to manage many aspects of the process by yourself as we continue to grow our operations team, but you will have plenty of help too.
Your primary focus will be to drive sales and work with the management team to scale the business quickly. An important part of this will be to develop excellent sales reporting and performance data analysis skills.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, self-motivated, a quick learner and not afraid to roll up their sleeves and pitch in. Initiative and thinking outside the box will be key.
You should be a digital native and comfortable working with online platforms, social media, e-commerce and m-commerce.
Most of all, you should have your eye on developing trends in fashion, social media and technology and be interested in transitioning into a leadership role to grow and manage a dynamic business unit.
Core responsibilities
- work with VIP clients looking to sell their items
- manage the processing and uploading of items onto online pre-loved sales platforms
- manage PAKT and individual client accounts and all aspects of the sales process, including negotiating offers and counter-offers
- plan and execute marketing strategies to drive sales of individual items as well as to bring more clients to PAKT
- liaise with pre-loved sales platform to optimise sales
- work with operations team to ensure timely delivery of items purchased
- provide regular sales reports and performance analysis
- identify ways to always improve our service, optimise sales and improve operational efficiency
- research new platforms to increase the number of sales channels for the business
Core requirements
- bilingual Cantonese / English, with Mandarin a very strong bonus
- good understanding of e-commerce and m-commerce platforms, with fashion related experience a strong bonus
- sales experience is preferable
- highly organised with an eye for detail
- able to use digital platforms, with experience of e-commerce / inventory management systems a bonus
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- pro-active and willing to take on new responsibilities
- a good team player, able to build relationships within a multi-cultural environment
- experience in a start-up environments is a plus
Education
- University degree is preferable but not mandatory
