Role Overview
The Operations Specialist role offers a broad range of work experience that gives you exposure with all aspects of starting and operating a business. Directly reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role supports critical daily activities of the company, including activities such as customer engagement, promotional events, logistics, and planning. The ideal candidate is passionate about building things from the ground up and enjoys being part of a tightly-knit and fast moving team.
Responsibilities
- Building the processes and systems that allows the company to move forward quickly, efficiently, and professionally, including HR, finance, and logistics processes
- Supporting market develop through organizing and running exhibitions, liaising with marketing partners, and coordinating with distributors
- Empowering the other teams in the company by ensuring they have the right resources at the right time, and by creating an optimal working environment and culture
- Engaging customers to gain market insights through events and handling customer queries
Job Requirements
- Strong ability and passion for organizing, planning, and communicating
- Ability to liaise with external partners with maturity, attention to detail, and diplomacy
- Thrive in a fast paced environment and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong desire to be exposed to different aspects of business
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Cantonese required; Mandarin a plus but not required
- Accounting, marketing, or customer service background useful but not requirement

- Monthly Salary: $13,000-$17,000
- Paid leave: 14 days
