Acting as a brand ambassador you will be responsible to develop the company’s business alongside with the co-founders, to pitch potential clients & partners and to organize our business development strategies.

- Conduct extensive research of the Hong Kong retail industry

- Develop business leads through a variety of channels including LinkedIn prospecting, cold-callings, email
marketing and networking opportunities

- Provide insight & support to improve our sales process (pitches, email campaigns and presentations)

- Expand OnTheList brand exposure and popularity by building strong relationships with clients & partners

- Successfully find speaking opportunities for our co-founders (events, conferences and fairs)

- Assist in implementing and tracking sales campaigns and reporting
What it takes:
Knowledge, experience and capabilities:

- Strategic thinking and enthusiastic problem solver with strong empathy for customer needs

- Excellent knowledge of the fashion industry, ideally with a strong retail network

- Prior B2B experience with a fast paced and customer focused environment

- Excellent negotiation skills and eager to deliver great results

- Must be a self-starter, organised, comfortable prospecting, cold-calling and eager to close deals

- Hands on with Excel, LinkedIn, email marketing Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree
