WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH
The People Operations Coordinator has a critical role in helping OnTheList maintain an excellent image and service provided to our brands and keep on achieving growth. Working closely with the Chief Happiness and the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible to attract, recruit and on-board our part-timers to ensure staffing is optimum every week, and overall improve employee engagement, performance and retention rate.

- Handle end-to-end hiring initiatives for all our part-timers from sourcing (job posting, social media), selection, conducting interviews until on-boarding
- Engage with our PT talent pool to communicate on weekly event and staff needs
- Increase talent acquisition with continuous efforts and communication with top HK universities
- Prepare and finalise weekly staff roster, keep track and update all employee schedules (schedule changes, sick leaves)
- Ensure all new PTs are using effectively our internal PT HR platform
- Admin HR: gather all required documents (tax form) and prepare smooth on-boarding (QR codes)
- Work on implementing best HR practices and policies (employee rules and regulations, referral program, employee incentives and bonuses, shift policy)
- Conduct weekly part-timers performance review
- Handle and manage all PT enquiries and additional ad-hoc projects as assigned
WHAT IT TAKES
Knowledge, experience and capabilities
- Ideally 1-2 years of recruitment / HR generalist experience in a fast paced and customer focused environment (retail/B2C)
- Previous retail/Luxury industry experience is an advantage
- Excellent people management skills and phone communication skills
- Flexible, proactive, collaborative spirit
- Eager to achieve excellence and to build strong relationships with our PTs and good team work
- A good understanding of the Employment Ordinance and compliance
- Hands on with excel and social media / IMs (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Messenger)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in Cantonese and excellent written and spoken English
