Sales Account Executive
It’s an exciting time for Onion Creative; due to our rapid growth, we’re looking to expand the team! We’re searching for an Sales Account Executive who able to manage client relationship to ensure client satisfaction / retention while continuously hunting and closing new business. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas, as well as loves the challenges that come in a competitive market; your efforts will help push the company’s success forward.
As an Account Sales Executive, you’ll be the point of contact for clients, building and maintain strong relationships, and adapting to their requirements and needs.
Responsibilities
- Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentation; understanding account requirements
- Close sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; preparing SOW
- Manage several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients
- Work closely with client, creative and technical team to develop winning creative and proposals
- Manage the project delivery, feedback and revision process
- Maintain the fiscal health of the project by monitoring project progress and managing the project budget
- Expand sales in existing accounts by identifying opportunities based on account’s needs and requirement
- Achieving new sales targets and goals
- Build new business relationships using existing industry contacts
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years working at an advertising or digital agency, marketing firm, creative services, or interactive agency or combination thereof
- Solid experience in account servicing and/or sales, or project management
- Strong understanding and passion about digital experience design and development
- Knowledge with creative applications (Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
- English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are required
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Effective presentation skills
- Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them
- Self starter and strong team player
- Good time management skills
