Operations responsibilities
- As we launch new products and enter new markets we need a flexible execution person who is able to handle to various tasks as they come up.
- Assist with driving international business growth of the Exchange.
- Assist community engagement within trading community with pertinent product and operational updates and response (Social Media, Trading Forums).
- Take responsibility for international customer service (Zendesk, Live Chat).
- Be involved with product updates, and working with colleagues in Beijing.
- This may include doing somewhat unglamorous business-building activities, but will also include working with the larger team on strategy and planning.
- Providing marketing and promotional content in English.
- Capability in conveying industry knowledge (Cryptocurrency and Blockchain) to public via a variety of social media channels (Twitter, Reddit, Facebook).
- Attend industry conferences on behalf of the company.
- Organize marketing and thought leadership events both online and offline.
Requirements
- Passion for building businesses, technology, Fintech, financial markets
- At least an undergraduate degree
- Preferably 3-year experience working in tech companies or startups
- Willingness to work hard and wear multiple ‘hats’ (startup culture)
- Self-starter, resourceful, creative and capable of handling multiple projects at a time.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative and to ask a lot of questions
- Attitude, Attitude & Attitude
- Proficiency in English (Chinese or mandarin literacy is a big plus)
- Fresh grads may be considered
**Candidates with more experiences may be considered as Assistant Manager.
