You will be responsible to:
- Get in contact (outbound/inbound calls, e-mails, demos...) with potential customers who have an interest in Odoo Business Applications
- Manage the sales cycle and build customer relationships by
- Understanding customer needs, business goals and objectives
- Defining how Odoo Business Applications can meet those requirements
- Matching our solution to the stated needs
- Close sales by persuading the customer through
- Demonstrations of our solution
- Standard proposals
- Work side by side with the Business Partnership Consultants, Account Managers and Partners
- Coordinate with the team of Functional Consultants who will deliver the implementation
- Follow up with the customer to build a long term relationship
You will need the following skills:
Passionate about sales, you are a dynamic and motivated person willing to go the extra mile.
- Between 1 and 5 years experience in sales in the software sector (fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Strong software and new technology awareness, familiar with software industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Insatiable curiosity to understand and solve customers’ business problems
- Comfortable with installing and testing new software applications
- Passionate about sales and excellent negotiator
- Dynamic and self-motivated person willing to go the extra mile with a positive 'can do' attitude
- Ability to perform on monthly target and identify tactics for constant improvement
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Mandarin is an advantage
