As a Sales Lead, you will have the opportunity to grow our market and team in Hong Kong. Together with the HQ team in Singapore, you will be helping us grow and expand our portfolio of restaurants across Hong Kong, big and small.

What you will do:

  • Gain understanding of local market scene and competitors, establish sales strategies to achieve business' objectives as well as set and manage sales target
  • Formulate sales strategies and procedures from leads generation, leads qualification and management to closing sales alongside with the HQ Business Development team
  • Identify industry trends, sales and marketing opportunities alongside HQ team for best business outcome
  • Drive full sales cycle to meet or exceed individual monthly revenue targets as established by the company
  • Work closely with HQ team to hire, train, manage and develop members for Hong Kong sales team
  • Monitor and maintain effectiveness of sales team, ensuring each member hits and exceeds individual targets
  • Ensure correct use of Oddle sales CRM and other sales SOPs and applications

Who you are:

  • Bachelor Degree holder with 3-4 years experience in leading a sales team with proven sales track record. Experience working in startups, SaaS companies or IT industry is preferabl
  • Passionate about empowering businesses with technology and highly ambitious for growth
  • Possess strong business acumen and tech savvy as well as strong critical thinking
  • Experience in setting and measuring achievable sales targets and activities 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to negotiate and convince.
  • Bilingual with proficiency in Cantonese and English to communicate with Cantonese/English speaking clients and our Singapore HQ
  • Highly determined and driven with the ability to learn fast and adapt to changes in a fast paced and growth-focused startup 
  • Possess good attitude towards learning and improvement
  • Hong Kong applicants are preferred as this role requires an intermediate knowledge & experience of the local market
