Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Reporting into the General Manager, you play instrumental role in the recruitment of new users for the application
- You identify, create and develop a portfolio of potential partners (communities, associations, entrepreneurs, marketplaces…) enabling massive increase in traffic and activity on Nowsnapp. For these partners, you are the face of Nowsnapp in Hong Kong, from freelance jobbers to key accounts.
- You will play a key part in the whole commercial cycle: prospection, business plan, sign up, follow up dashboard creation
- You select events likely to be fit for partnership and represent Nowsnapp on the site
- You prepare rigorous weekly activity report to general management
- You will also play a key role in managing and animating activity on the map, in the application. This includes managing the user community, facilitate match-making by sourcing new users or communicating with the existing user-base, leading referral and ambassadors programme to drive engagement.
- You constantly keep an eye on the map, monitor activity and share your observation with product and marketing teams as you are very close to users
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Passion for launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
- Excellent verbal communication skills, in both English and Cantonese
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- You are doer, hands on, able to pick up the phone for cold call or meet and convince people face to face
- Digital native, you know internet and applications business model, ideally C2C marketplaces, and can skillfully interact with users over messaging
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Pursuing or completed a BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools and skills.

Salary range / month :  < HK$ 20k
