Responsibilities:
- Communicate with our users on social media, e-mail and phone. Support users with onboarding and resolve issues.
- Assemble user feedback and communicate with product team.
- Help to build a strong community of users, online and offline, who love the product and want to share with their friends.
- Help write educational content and FAQ sections.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written command of English. Cantonese & Mandarin preferred.
- Detail oriented, a good listener and able to think fast and take decisions fast.
Preferred:
- Experience in in customer facing roles, such as in hospitality, retail or customer service.
- Experience working in a startup.
