Neat provides you with a MasterCard to spend worldwide, and an app to keep track of spending and send money to friends. Neat is fully mobile and there is no need to ever visit a bank branch again. Currently we are offering a consumer product, but we are also building a business product to offer startups & SMEs an alternative to a traditional bank account.
We’re looking for someone that can delight our customers, is a natural problem solver and gets excited about being part of a young and growing business.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with our users on social media, e-mail and phone. Support users with onboarding and resolve issues.
- Conduct due diligence and KYC (know your customer) process for individuals and businesses
- Set up processes for assembling user feedback and communicate with product team.
- Build a strong community of users, online and offline, who love the product and want to share with their friends.
- Help write educational content and FAQ sections.
Skills & requirements
- Excellent verbal and written command of English. Cantonese & Mandarin preferred.
- Experience in customer facing roles, such as in hospitality, retail or customer service.
- Preferred: experience in KYC and related operations, must be detail oriented
- Outgoing, friendly and resourceful
- Work independently
