Responsibilities
Help build our customer happiness team and processes from the ground up.
Communicate with our users on social media, e-mail, and phone. Support users with onboarding and resolve issues.
Set up processes for assembling user feedback and communicate with the product team.
Build a strong community of users, online and offline, who love the product and want to share with their friends.
Help write educational content and FAQ sections.
Skills & requirements
Excellent verbal and written command of Cantonese and English, Mandarin preferred.
Experience in customer-facing roles, such as in hospitality, retail or customer service.
Outgoing, friendly and resourceful
Work independently
Experience working in a startup
