Mission:
Your mission will be to convert all sales leads by determining customer requirements, helping consumers with product selection and following each customer’s mortgage application through to successful completion.
In a Nutshell you will be:
Providing timely and excellent customer service for our customers who are seeking a mortgage for new purchase, refinancing or cash-out reasons
Advising on the overall property purchase process
Achieving monthly mortgage sales targets and thinking of ways to maximise lead potential
Ensuring adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements as well as department policies and procedures
