Mission:
MoneySmart is at the forefront of InsurTech and your role will be integral to revolutionizing the way people compare, purchase and perceive insurance plans.
Your mission in this role is to establish MoneySmart as the go-to site for all insurance products by providing depth and breadth of information to enable users to make smarter decisions.
Your job will be to also ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the insurance team. You will nurture and manage working relationships with our partners and propose marketing recommendations to better performance online, while working together with the Head Of Insurance to achieve the insurance revenue targets.
Your portfolio will cover products such as Travel Insurance, General Insurance, and Motor Insurance.
In a Nutshell:
1. Grow revenue from the insurance vertical by
a) Increasing the number of both financial and non-financial partners
b) Improving partners’ customer service response time and process
c) Working with the content and marketing team to increase traffic and funnel conversions for all insurance product
2. Deliver successful in-house and insurer/partner marketing and content campaigns through MoneySmart
a) Creating and submitting detailed monthly campaign reports
b) Keeping product informations and promotions up to date
c) Suggesting ways to improve campaigns
3. Owning and ensuring smooth end to end operations for the insurance team in the areas of: a) Partner/insurer servicing
b) Onboarding new insurers or product lines
c) Tracking and reconciliation of revenue
d) MoneySmart In-house promotions
