Mileslife is the first lifestyle+travel mobile app for users to earn their preferred air miles directly through their everyday lifestyle and travel spending.
The Mileslife app allows you to earn additional air miles on top of your credit card miles. We currently have more than 7,500 merchant selections onboard. Some of our existing merchants includes Shangri-La, Crystal Jade, Chez Ed, Le Souk, Brick Lane Cafe and many more. Mileslife currently partners with over 15 airline loyalty programs as British Airways Executive Club, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, Emirates Skywards and United Airlines MileagePlus.
Contribute to Mileslife’s growth in the Hong Kong market. Be an asset to the Hong Kong business development team. This is a challenging opportunity and a great chance to do some groundbreaking work. We are looking for someone to join our team as a Business Development Executive.
You will be responsible for:
- Take ownership of the entire sales pipeline from pipeline development, outreach, negotiation, contract drafting and implementation
- Build and manage long term relationships with the merchant partners
- Able to handle lead generation
- Onboarding of new merchant partners and managing the roll of of their services including operational training
- Research, analyse and share sales and market analysis, insights and recommendations to the Singapore team
- Gather feedbacks and make recommendations on how to further improve our product
- Assist with any other ad-hoc projects where necessary (we’re a start up!)

You should possess:
- Enjoy working in a startup environment
- At least 1-2 years’ sales experience preferably in food and beverage / payment industry.
- Aggressive and determined to meet sales targets
- Good presentation, and telephone communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, self-motivated, independent and positive attitude towards new challenges
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Cantonese
- Basic knowledge in mile or payment industry will be highly preferred
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the role as well
