For this particular role, you are either coming from a programme management background with very strong strategic, sales and relationship management skills, or vice versa.
You need an extremely well-oiled, robust network, and must be proud and capable to bringing this network to support the mission of Mettā.
You are relationship builder who can meaningfully contribute to the development of a successful business and join and lead our existing key relationships with ease.
You are confident to present at board level, initiate, close and implement key partnerships and projects with very strong communication skills.
You must be result focused and target orientated, whilst keeping our partners, the Mettā community and our mission in mind at all times.
You can work autonomously, but also know when and how to ask for support – we work best when we work together.
Solid English is a must, with a definite preference for fluent Cantonese and Mandarin skills.
Your experience can be diverse, but we’re specifically seeking someone with key corporate relationships and strategic partnership development experience, especially in Hong Kong.
Years of progressive experience in any major chamber of commerce, event management and hospitality sales, learning and development will be a huge plus.
