Job description
- Preparation of financial statements
- Use quickbooks to enter all the invoices
- Create a weekly and monthly expense report
- Manage all HR related paperwork
- Order office supplies
- manage any other administrative work
Job Requirements
- Able to speak and write Cantonese and English
- 3-5 prior experience as accounting and office clerk/manager role
- Able to multi-task and communicate efficiently
- Strong in numbers and excel sheet
