BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
We are looking for driven, energetic, early career sales professionals who are ready to drive new business and uncover opportunities. You should be thrilled with the idea of knowledge sharing economy and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Excellent phone and email skills, as well as the ability to quickly assess customer opportunities will be critical to your success.
What You'll Do:
- Identifies new areas of business and drive business development opportunities;
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective and current customers to generate new business for the Company, including analyzing, developing, and maintaining new business pipeline;
- Track and report on the status of all sales proposal components;
- Assist in developing and driving all sales and marketing efforts to deliver optimal, differentiated and innovated product value propositions and positioning for all products;
- Involve in the process of strategic business reviews for all client accounts, driving acquisition, spend uplift and spend shift to maximize market penetration;
- Support other Business Development Team members as needed;
- Participate in activities needed to support the management functions of the team
What We Seek:
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record
- Superior communication skills with a strong command of English; fluency any other Asian language is a plus
- Strong phone presence and preferably a track record in prospecting, outreach, or others sales-related activities
- 1-3 years’ experience
- Positive, energetic self-starters with attention to detail
- Must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced, results-oriented environment
