Your main goal is to ensure smooth operations, sales transactions and client satisfaction. You will be great at prioritising tasks in a busy environment, communicating with clients and coordinating with team members.
Initial responsibilities include:
- Manage invoicing, orders, bills and PO’s
- Sales support and customer service for trade customers
- Arranging shipment to B2B customers making sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
- Complete account set up for new sales partners
- Execute regular inventory updates
- Ensure timely payment to partners and other third parties, issue receipts
- Track and record incoming payments and ensure invoices are paid on time
- Maintain key stakeholders database with contact details
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Communicates client needs and demands to sales team
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
- Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines
- Perform sourcing and procure office equipment, furniture and office supplies
- Handle and arrange mailing and courier services
- Perform general clerical work, including filing, scanning, printing, data input, marketing collateral collection etc
- Provide administration and operational support to the team
- Handle ad hoc assignments as assigne
Requirements:
- Understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook). Training will be provided for our online platforms (Xero/Shopify)
- 3 years previous experience; preferably in the FMCG, customer service or purchasing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Able to work under pressure and independently, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Mature, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
- Punctual, organized, detail-minded, attention to accuracy
- Immediate start preferred
