Digital Growth Manager
As Growth Manager, you will live at the intersection of marketing and product development, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention and engagement.
We’re looking for someone who is data obsessed, understanding how to design effective experiments, and using proven methods to interpret and apply user experience data.
You’ll have a passion for finding and applying innovative ways to approach digital marketing and E-commerce, staying abreast of new trends and tools to improve our user experience.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and collaborate with external developer to lead the enhancement projects from development, implementation to monitoring
Manage website, devise digital marketing and social media strategies to raise brand awareness, generate sales leads and engage customers for in Hong Kong
Project management of content creators for digital content and social media
Maintain online products and ensure the accuracy of information on SKUs, categories, and price changes including markdowns, promotions, clear outs, etc.
Manage and control inventory management, conduct inventory forecast and plan to optimize the inventory level
Monitor online sales performance considering competitions, market share, and offer insights and suggestions to key stakeholders.
Planning and execution for online marketing and promotion campaign
Prepare regular marketing and analysis report
Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Digital marketing & E-Commerce operation;
Start up experience preferred;
Strong writing capabilities in English and Traditional Chinese
Experience in working on retail CRM, digital & e-Commerce projects is essential
Good team player and able to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Immediately available is highly preferred
