Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Project managing with various existing accounts.
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with business development team to develop new business, identify areas of improvement and grow opportunities with existing customers to meet sales quotas.
- Prepare reports on account status.

Requirements:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales & marketing, customer relations or business development role.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or relevant role.
- Experience, familiarity, or interest in cycling in Europe a major plus.
Excellent oral and written English. You are an effective communicator.
- Competency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin a plus.
- You’re naturally predisposed to being meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized.
- You’re able to work well with people and love helping people get the job done.
You’re enthusiastic and optimistic, and nothing stands in the way that you can’t tackle with a smile.
- You’re passionate about what we’re doing at Lumos and are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Competent with MS Office, Google Apps, Slack, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Passion for and existing activity with the cycling community a huge plus.
