Job Description:
We’re looking for a dynamic aspiring Customer Relationship Executive for our business unit at Lendela Hong Kong. The successful candidate will have the extraordinary opportunity to work closely with the Founders and Management team and handcraft this unit together. Working in FinTech and - through customer interation - develop an amazing service unique to Hong Kong.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English
- Familiar with Excel and Google Doc suites
- Patience, persistence and persuasiveness
- Familiar or keen to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Open for Fresh Graduate
- Prior experience in B2C sales and marketing as well as insurance/bank is a plus
Responsibilities:
Managing, tracking and following up on leads through the phone / whatsapp / WeChat
Conducting sales calls through the phone and information sharing
Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals
Creating and updating activity reports
