About the role:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing all social media strategies for LCCS on various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, and to some extent, the LCCS blog. He/She will build engaging social media content and develop digital marketing assets to attract and interact with the growing community of LCCS happy users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing overall social media strategies in cooperation with the management team to grow and expand LCCS’ digital presence.
- Creating and publishing social media posts and tweets while ensuring content aligns with overall engagement and brand strategy.
- Measuring and monitoring LCCS’ digital marketing performance results through Google Analytics and AdWords.
- Creating progress reports with recommendations and assessments on digital marketing trends and performance.
- Performing other ad hoc marketing duties and projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, business, or related discipline.
- 1-3 years professional digital marketing and/or social media experience.
- Good understanding of major digital marketing channels, including social media.
- Knowledge of how to analyze and monitor Google Analytics and AdWords.
- Proficient in written and spoken English; in addition, Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an advantage.
- Positive team player, creative, open and collaborative.
