Layover is aiming to become the world's only and exclusive social network for airline staff. THe role requires the following:
1. Develop & implement social media strategy
a. what to communicate on which channels in which frequency
b. implement the communication strategy (regular posts on facebook/Instagram, etc)
c. achieve KPIs with given budget (we have some KPIs like facebook likes, Instagram followers, etc)
2. Sales & Marketing activities in target cities (HKG, BKK, SIN)
a. We are trying to partner up with local businesses for airline discounts (need to approach businesses, explain value proposition, and make deals)
b. Connect with the airlines to try and get them to promote layover with their employees
c. Approach crew hotel for partnerships
d. Look into finding a partner for a launch party
3. Grow users
a. Use social media/influencers/media coverage etc to grow user base.
b. Conduct feedback sessions/surveys with users to enhance customer experience
