Onto our fourth year as a start-up, now operating in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam, our aspirations don’t stop there as our model has the ability to transform how goods moved in any city worldwide.
Currently, we are building a strong in-house Regional marketing team here in Hong Kong & looking for an experienced Brand manager who is passionate about building long lasting Brand reputation. As a Regional Brand lead you’d be managing a team of PR & content managers to implement a comprehensive cohesive Brand positioning strategy across the SEA region.
Ideal candidate would be responsible for crafting innovative marketing strategies, creating brand differentiation from our competitors & ensure brand consistency on all customer facing channels.
You’d have to possess strong analytical capability and marketing knowledge in formulating powerful brand messages and strategies.

What you’ll do:
- Monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits.
- Looking at the pricing of products and analysing the potential profitability
generating names for new and existing products and services, coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colours, fonts and imagery
- Overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, roadshows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers
- Creating a system to ensure that all marketing initiatives are in line with the brand principles
- Liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 5+ years of work experience in managing a brand or communications role in the tech industry.
- Previous experience in creating powerful & distinctive value propositions for a brand.
- Prior experience in working in a hyper growth startup environment.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats at one time.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with leadership teams, designers & other members of marketing team in order produce desired output
- Previous experience in building corporate communications
- Ability to successfully engage and lead team members, providing effective guidance, coaching and capability development, maintaining close understanding of all team activities, ensuring high quality for all activities/deliverables, and implementing course corrections when needed
- Always seeking for improvements in the way we do things
- Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese would be an advantage.
