As a community engagement intern, you’ll get to launch and manage our worker communities within factories to help drive engagement.
This role involves lots of interaction with users and a variation of activities to drive and gamify behaviour.

Your responsibilities
Launch worker community engagement in new factories, which includes setting up online forums and on-site visits
Managing worker chat groups and conversations on a daily basis, using wechat
Prepare weekly reports on worker engagement
Make monthly engagement plans including content planning, using your creativity to come up with new ways to engage users
Run experiments and learn from worker engagement

Student at University with Professional level English and Mandarin
