Identity & Access Management (IAM) is being enhanced through the roll-out of a large strategic project, the APAC Business Roles. This initiative aims to organize user entitlements into groups (or profiles) in order to enforce role-based access, to simplify provisioning and recertification of rights, and to increase regulatory compliance.
The Junior IAM Analyst will be part of a team rolling out the established Business Roles strategy in APAC under the leadership of Senior Analysts. The work will involve stakeholder engagement, business analysis, deployment of the agreed model, and delivering of clear reporting to management.

RESPONSABILITIES
- You assist stakeholders in understanding the challenges and functional benefits of implementing Business Profiles for role-based access
- You endeavor to meet key regulatory and TRM guidelines as applied to Access Management (especially HKMA and MAS)
- You contribute in maintaining quality of reference data and inventories used as part of IAM processes
- You manage requirements and risks in a global/regional/local set-up and with cross-border access to applications and data
- You set up and conduct meetings and workshops with business and functions representatives in order to document business scenarios and prepare the roll-out of Business Roles
- You agree with business process owners on use cases and scenarios where Business Roles can be effective and beneficial to them, and you prioritize them
- You directly manage every aspect of the change management execution plan by following the agreed process and procedures
- You perform functional testing and obtain required sign‐off in order to guarantee a robust solution is delivered
- You escalate risks and issues to stakeholders and management, and you propose and execute mitigation plans
- You contribute to the production of IAM KPI, KRI, and dashboards, including for Steering Committee meetings
- You help maintain project and BAU documentation
- You contribute to the training of end-users using available training material
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field of study
Previous experience in an international bank preferred but not mandatory
Around 2-3 years of experience as a BA
