ABOUT KALON COUTURE
Kalon Couture is a carefree fashion platform utilising advanced mobile body scan and virtual fitting technology, where online shoppers can virtually try on clothing with their personal 3D avatars and purchase affordable made-to-measure garments, with no more typical sizing/fitting concerns or return/exchange troubles.
Since inception, Kalon has secured USD1M funding, including investment from one of the largest listed apparel companies in HK and various government sponsorships (Cyberport Incubation Programme and ITF Fund). Kalon has also started its beta launch since March 2018.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Here with Kalon, you will become the pioneer to reinvent the world of fashion e-commerce by improving our virtual fitting system!
No worries if you don’t have a fashion related background as it’s what you will learn here. You just need to be passionate, innovative and good at your job – programming.
What you will be involved in:
- System design and development of our online virtual fitting system
- Research and develop our proprietary pattern alteration algorithm
- Assist the integration of the virtual try-on function to our e-commerce platform
- Coding, application implementation, documentation and data management of all relevant projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Master or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or STEM related discipline from a HK-based university is required
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant practice is required
- Proficient in programming languages including C, C++, Python; experience with JavaScript, PHP, HTML is an advantage
- Experience in 3D computer graphics software is a strong advantage
- Knowledge in using fashion software (e.g. Browzwear, CLO) is a strong advantage
- Innovative, fast learner and good problem solver
- Enjoy unseen challenges and eager to find the solution
SALARY & AVAILABILITY
- Monthly Salary: HKD30,000 – HKD35,000 (negotiable based on position and years of experience)
- Immediate availability is preferred
