We are currently looking for a Copywriter & Content Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Copywriter & Content Marketing Manager, you will be in charge finding strategic ways to identify and produce content and editorial that connects Juwai with its customers (international real estate agents, developers, project marketers, etc. who are interested in getting in front of a Chinese consumer audience). In this role, you will work closely with other members of our Go-To-Market team to maintain Juwai’s brand and status as an opinion leader in the international real estate industry, while also creating content for campaigns that drive customer engagement and acquisition.

Core functions:
- Creating a clear understanding of our customer audience and how to connect and encourage them to work with Juwai to reach Chinese buyers
- Project manage and collaborate across teams to deliver effective content and content marketing strategies to meet business goals – including but not limited to editorial articles, research reports, survey reports, marketing brochures, infographics, and EDM/banner ad content
- Accountable of identifying and producing interesting editorial and content marketing initiatives that are geared towards driving traffic, engagement, leads and deliver sales and customer retention
- Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, development, distribution and measurement.
- Development of editorial governance so that content is consistent with Juwai’s brand voice, tone and style.
- Measures and optimizes the program on a regular and ongoing basis
- Continuous research in order to keep our customers (and our team!) up to date with the latest in Chinese consumer real estate behaviour and also international real estate trends
- Managing and tracking content marketing budget
Desirable
- At least 2 years previous working experience in marketing, copywriting, journalism, content creation or other relevant experience
- Excellent writing skills (please include a portfolio in your application)
- University degree preferred
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand who our customers are and what they want to read about
- Ability to create content that not only interests our customers but that drives conversion and interest in Juwai’s products
- Experience measuring and analysing content performance
- Experience with wordpress (or similar), email marketing system, google analytics (preferred), illustrator (preferred)
- Experience working in or writing for the real estate industry is a plus!
- Experience with marketing and executing events is a plus
- Experience with managing, writing and optimising social media content is a plus
Language requirements
- Native or Proficient in English speaking, reading, writing required
- Proficient in reading and speaking Mandarin Chinese is a plus
