As Jou Sun’s Community Optimization Expert, you are tasked with delighting Jou Sun’s network of customers, merchants and partners. This includes managing live daily operations, as well as collecting data and analyzing data to help management strategize retention efforts.
What You’ll be Doing:
Improve efficiency of operations with innovative workflows and working with tech team to design with new tools
Manage logistics provider and product vendors to ensure on time delivery of orders
Handle customer inquiries and messages, refunds and redeliveries
Track and analyze customer satisfaction and on-time delivery statistics
Maintain billing and financial accounts of services rendered by logistics provider
Miscellaneous customer service and growth hacking related tasks to support your teammates
What You Should Already Have:
Relevant work experience in customer service, operations or logistics
Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and an analytical mind
Proficiency in Excel
Interested in food culture, farming or cooking is a plus
Eligible to work in Hong Kong without Visa
