The role
As the Business Development & Placement Associate you will be responsible for acquiring partnerships and placing interns in all of our operating locations in the Asia-Pacific. You will also be working to support the company’s expansion plans in the region.
This will include Business Development activities across all locations. You will assist The Associate Director, the Placement and Business Development teams based in Hong Kong to create smooth and successful expansion, closely work with team members, business partners and programme participants across the world.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership acquisitions across all industries from the Asia Pacific.
- Relationship management with partners
- Due diligence on potential partner companies to ensure quality partnerships and placements
- Understanding our candidate’s internship requirements
- Placement matching
- Create and maintain reports on Partnerships acquisitions, placements
- Assist with the Company’s new programme launch within the region, in particular on partnership acquisition, market research, and operational management.
- Assist with research and creation of new programme website content and other materials
- Assist core team members and Associate Director in creating standardised scalable and efficient partnership management, eg.company outreach, communications, relationship maintenance, etc
- Other ad-hoc tasks and projects from The Intern Group
Requirements:
- Preferably 1 year of work experience, those with teamwork, previous volunteering, part-time or internship experience will also be considered.

- Fluent English. Thai or Arabic is highly preferred
