We are looking for a competent Corporate Officer Assistant to help with the organisation and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing support to company secretarial department on daily operation duties including but not limited to collecting and delivering documents to/from banks, governmental institutions, third parties
- Assisting customer managers with documents, reports and company searches such as checking company records as well as scanning and forwarding documents
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence including sorting, scanning and forwarding incoming letters, arranging courier, preparing documents for sending out
- Filing and maintaining proper record by email, cloud, hardcopies etc ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Taking instructions given by senior officer / assistant officer for performing secretarial services
- Handling other ad-hoc matters when required
Requirements:
- Experience as an front/back office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English, Mandarin both verbally and written is a plus
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
