Strengthening client relationships, selling proposals and spotting market opportunities will be key aspects of this dynamic, ever-changing role. As such, we are looking for someone with initiative and drive.
Responsibilities:
- Forge relationships with new clients whilst strengthening old ones.
- Assist these clients in selecting the best services for their needs.
- Aid team members in boosting sales and promoting our services across Hong Kong.
- Assist in developing budgets.
- Communicate client feedback to our team efficiently.
- Be flexible in facilitating the needs of our other team members.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of the startup industry within Hong Kong and beyond.
- An outgoing, engaging personality with an ability to get on well with others.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- A strong desire to set and achieve aggressive targets.
- A proven track record of customer service and sales, including creating strategies and relaying feedback to a wider team.
- Importantly, a keen desire to learn more about, and grow within, this exciting industry.
- A degree, or equivalent experience, in IT, business or finance will be seen as a bonus.
Note: This is a commission based position. Base salary will correspond to experience.
